When opening, downloading and reviewing forms, rather than double cicking "VIEW," we STRONGLY recommend that you choose to SAVE these documents to your hard drive by pointing to the word VIEW and clicking on your RIGHT mouse button. Then select "SAVE AS" OR "SAVE TARGET AS" from the drop down menu. Repeat for each form.
If you double click "VIEW," the Acrobat Reader program is launched. This can sometime cause technical difficulties such as showing blank pages or crashing your system. To avoid these difficulties, the SAVE AS approach works best.
